October 2—December 4 (excludes Thanksgiving Day)
Are you looking for a way to deepen your faith and connect with others? We invite you to join BUMC’s new Bible study starting this fall. Morris Nelms will facilitate the 1 pm session and Top Batey the 7 pm. Our textbook will be the Bible, assisted by the book Invitation to the New Testament, A Short-Term Disciple Bible Study. Each class will last for about 75 minutes and require about 20 minutes per day preparation. For questions, please contact Joyce Boelsche at 512-434-9868 or Glenda Rogers at 512-924-0091. A few important details:
- Registration can be completed online or in person through Joyce or Glenda. The participant book for this study is $10. Please note there may be a price adjustment if our supplier changes.
- Location: Moses Building East (facing the park).
- Our first gathering on October 2 will simply be an informational meeting. We’ll get to know each other, go over study materials, and discuss our plan moving forward. If you are unable to make the October 2nd meeting, please don’t let that discourage you from becoming a part of our study! We are happy to answer questions and pass along any information you need to join us when we “officially” begin on October 9.
