Men’s Clothing Drive - September 27-October 27. Help support men experiencing homelessness by donating new or gently used men's clothing and essential items through the Men's Clothes Closet ministry operated out of Northwest Hills UMC in conjunction with the Feed My People free breakfast ministry at First United Methodist Church of Austin. 

Donations will be accepted in two locations:

  • At the Chapel entrance during Pumpkin Patch hours (September 27–October 27), 12noon - 6pm.
  • In the Worship Center Narthex on Sundays, October 18 and 25, 10-11am

We welcome donations of the following items, with special need for winter coats, gloves, warm hats (beanies), new socks, and new underwear:

  • New white or black crew socks
  • New underwear (sizes M, L, XL)
  • T-shirts (sizes M and L)
  • Blue jeans (waist sizes 30–34)
  • Shoes and boots
  • Belts
  • Hats and beanies
  • Blankets (no quilts)
  • Sleeping bags
  • Backpacks
  • Reading glasses (all strengths)
  • Walking canes
