Donations go to the Men’s Clothes Closet ATX. We are collecting donations of men’s clothing and shelter items (including backpacks) in the Worship Center narthex on three Sunday mornings: September 28, October 5, and October 12. We are also accepting donations at the church office during regular office hours, Monday—Thursday, 9 am—2 pm. For more information, contact Bill Carter, 512-203-9844.
Most wanted items:
- new (not used) socks and underwear
- running/tennis shoes and work boots (especially size 10 and up)
- blue jeans and sturdy trousers (especially sizes 30-34)
- winter coats, hats, and gloves
- T-shirts (especially long sleeve)
- polo shirts
- baseball caps
- tents, sleeping bags, and blankets
Less needed items:
- used socks and underwear
- dress shoes
- dress slacks and jackets
